For gas-liquid booster pump, the liquid source does not need pressure, and the medium can be sucked into the pump for pressurization depending on the self-priming capacity of the pump itself;
For the gas booster pump, the inlet pressure of the medium must be known, which determines the correct model selection. If the output pressure is more than 8MPa and the inlet pressure is less than 1.2MPa, the two-stage gas booster pump HGT series must be selected. For the HGS series and HGD series with a boost ratio of more than 10:1,
The intake air must have high pre pressure, such as nitrogen cylinder.
3. What is the temperature of the pressurized medium?
Booster pumps are generally not suitable for pressurization of high-temperature fluids.
4. If it is a pressure test, what is the volume of the product being pressurized?
If there is no specific data, you can choose relatively equal common volumes to describe, but you can't tell. Words such as small and very small are not helpful for selection because size is a relative concept.
