Do not use accessories that are lower than the high service pressure of the gas-liquid booster pump, such as high-pressure pipes, ferrule joints, high-pressure switches, etc.
2. After using the appropriate accessories, connect them according to the use requirements, and then check whether there is leakage (slight leakage due to different hydraulic pressure and air pressure will lead to large pressure fluctuation, and re-pressurization will cause pulse to affect the precision parts of the product).
3. After meeting the above conditions, check whether the driving air source meets the use requirements, and whether the pressurized medium is clean and connected
4. After completing the above steps, open the driving air source, adjust the pressure regulating valve on the duplex, and adjust it from 0 to the used pressure. When there is liquid discharged from the high-pressure outlet of the gas-liquid booster pump, it is proved that the air in the booster cylinder is completely discharged, cut off the driving air source, connect the tested part, and then open the air source.
If the pressure bearing capacity is tested for a long time, it is not necessary to cut off the gas source. There are two ways to test the tightness: 1. Cut off the gas source to see the pressure drop; 2. Keep the gas source unblocked to see the leakage.
